This sparkling wine gets its bubbles via the classic method (the famous champagne method). It is produced from Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay grapes.On march the wine is bottled to undergo the second natural fermentation inside the champagne bottle and the long ageing on the lees. It is perfect as an aperitif or accompanied with starters, delicate first courses and fish dishes.
It should be tasted at about 8° C.
