It comes from native grapes of Moscato di Scanzo, carefully selected and placed in the vineyard to dry for a period of forty days.
The soft pressing is followed by slow fermentation and maturation of two years.
Excellent "meditation" wine, may be brought together with biscuits, chocolate and ripe cheases or blue cheeses.
Best served at a temperature of 15° C.
