It is a dessert white wine produced from Moscato Giallo grapes. The grapes are allowed to dry for about 60 days to obtain a sugary concentration equivalent to about 28% and the fermentation takes place in barriques. It has aromatic and elegant perfumes and taste with a smooth sweetness.
Drink it at about 8° C as dessert or “meditation” wine.
