Amarone is one of the most renowned wines in the area and is highly appreciated by the connoisseurs for its peculiar characteristics. It is obtained from a selection of corvina, corvinone, swallow and croatina grapes harvested for 90-120 days according to tradition. The aging process takes place in French oak barrels for 36 months.
