The rosé is obtained by the method of "salasso", that is by extracting part of the must that has just reached a rosé color from the fermentation mass. The must is then fermented separately without the skins and once dried it is aged for 6 months in Barriques. In this way we get a brilliant rosé color, a fruity and slightly vanilla scent. On the palate the freshness and a fair amount of toasted wood make it balanced and fresh. Matches: risotto, grilled vegetables and aperitifs. Serving temperature: 8-10 ° C.
