Made by assembling wines of varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon harvested late. The grapes are picked and vinified separately with cold maceration and fermentation on the skins for at least twenty days. The wine is aged in small wooden barrels of French origin for at least one year. After bottling is aged for at least one year in the bottle.
This is a ruby red wine; the nose opens with notes of spices and cocoa then leaving room for the fruity notes of cherry and plum; the palate has an important structure, rich in tannins, with a long fruity finish.
It is the classic wine to match important meat dishes and ripe cheases. Taste it at about 18-20° in a wide glass.
